Ron Adamson is a native of Libby, Montana, who has been a professional award-winning sculptor for more than 40 years.

Ron’s sculptures have won awards from numerous art shows and festivals in the United States, Canada, and Sweden, including the National Art Show in Ellensburg, Wash., the Water Works Museum in Miles City, Mont., and the Celebration of Western Art in Puyallup, Wash. In addition to awards, Ron has presented his art at numerous public and private shows throughout the United States.

Ron is perhaps most well-known for his life-sized bronze sculpture of a six-foot tall man holding a guitar and “standin’ on a corner in Winslow, Arizona,” from the Eagles song “Take It Easy.” Adamson’s sculpture, commissioned by the La Posada Foundation, is one of the most photographed bronze sculptures in America.
