Les Smith is a chainsaw sculptor from Cut Bank, Montana. He’s been carving professionally for more than 17 years and always strives to bring the “wow factor” to his work.

Smith has carved several prominent pieces, including a 10-foot tall lumberjack for a school in Washington state and a 10-foot tall bear that resides on Main Street in East Glacier, Montana. He is also known for a naked fisherman sculpture covering himself up with a rainbow trout, located along the Missouri River in Craig, Montana.

Smith has placed in competitions in Reedsport, Oregon and Eureka, Montana.
